Botella 37.5 cl en Cimmeria 20..04..2018. (r87). Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores ácidos y maltosos contenidos bien combinados ligeros toques de levaduras y maderas. No muy seca con ligeros tonos dulces. Cuerpo medio bien equilibrado y algo pastoso y denso. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.

Bottle split at the Osprey 10K tasting, CBC Islington, picked up in Brugge 21/03/18. Hazed golden pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is lemon rind, pissy citric shreds, tarte fruits, rotting apple, wood must, damp hay bale, farmyard esters. Taste comprises damp alleyway, apple core, lemon drizzle, sharp green berry funk, grains, wood must, oak, vinous tones, balanced acidic rise. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a good puckering shmack. Solid stuff.

Cloudy and tan, with no head. Big leathery aroma, with brett and wood. Tart and dry, really woody and tannic. Light leather note, and sour lemons. Quite a bit of bitterness in the finish - is that tannins? Complex, assertive, almost abrasive.

Craft Angel. Dan's 10K boostfest. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, nice light creamy sweetness. Nice savoury citrus, little tang. Mild wet wood. Modest bretty bitterness. Light finish. Comes together well. Approachable and drinkable.
