NZ Hazy DIPA with Eggers Special, Motueka™ & Nelson Sauvin™
Brewed to celebrate our 10th Birthday, with our friends at Verdant; supported by Eggers Hops.
The mid-harvested Eggers Special is an epigenetic variant of Riwaka™, as delicious as it is intriguing, filled with notes of lime, hay & green tea. There’s a healthy cold addition of Motueka™ & Nelson Sauvin™ for a boost of pressed grape & herbal sweetness.
Enigmatic, Tantalising & The fruits of our labours
Vegan.
Artist Notes
Cormoran is one of the oldest giants in British folklore, said to have lived on St. Michael’s Mount in Cornwall. He was known for stealing cattle from the mainland and terrifying the local villages. His tale is most often told alongside that of Jack the Giant-Killer — the clever young man who lured Cormoran into a trap and brought him down for good.
In the illustration, we catch Cormoran at the height of his fury. He’s fallen into the pit Jack had dug in secret, and is now clawing at the walls, roaring in anger and desperation. Jack stands behind him on a boulder, blowing the horn that lured the giant to this spot and gripping the pickaxe he’s about to use to end it all. It’s a classic moment from Cornish legend, a story of brains outwitting brawn, brought to life just before the final blow.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, guava, melon, lychee, papaya. Taste of sweet tropical fruits, melon, guava, papaya, lychee, some lime and grapefruit, light vinous white wine notes, light bitterness. Medium-full bodied, creamy, smooth. Excellent.

Vibrant juicy with a plethora of citrus and tropical fruity goodness, some citrus peel and light hop spice, sweet creamy malty backbone, balanced bitter hoppy finish. Lovely.
