To taste our beer is to wake your senses, born with the fresh crisp water from our river Cetina, embodied with the gentle flavours of the finest hops. Our beer MILA has a combination of 4 different strains of top quality barley and is infused with 4 different types of the finest hops brought together to delight your palette. Refresh yourself during hot summer days with our Golden Ale, which leaves a rich citrus taste after each sip. All beers from our craft brewery Barilo are made with traditional old time methods, without the use of modern additives. Using modern technology in controlled conditions, we produced this gentle Golden Ale. The barley proteins in our Ale produce a mildly cloudy beer, and on the bottom of the bottle is a thin film of yeast, which is also known to be a rich source of B complex vitamins. Our beer is 100% natural and its ideal serving temperature is 8-12°C. Cheers!

Tap somewhere in Omiš. An ordinary blond ale. More on the yeasty end. Low to medium bitterness. Some hoppy feel. One is enough.

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy copper pour, two finger soapy white head. Average retention, medium lasting. Slight lacing on the glass. Mild on the nose, grassy and grainy notes, floral, slightly yeasty. Light body, medium to high carbonation, a bit aggressive. Fizzy, prickly mouthfeel, average texture. Bitter taste, somewhat harsh with some sweet notes in the background. Floral and yeasty aroma, herbal spiciness, grassy, mild fruity cutrus notes. Seems a bit unbalanced. Short lasting finish, yeasty, dry, lingering bitterness. Mediocre.

Bottle. Sligtly hazy golden, large foamy head, just a bit offwhite. Gentle fruity nose, mildly sweet, hint of citruses. Mild bitterness, a bit grassy with slight sweetness. Lighter body. Decent.

Bottled at Leopold's, Split. Clear golden, rich firm head. Aroma of grass and honey. Mid dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with apple skins, grass and white bread. Long but relatively mild bitterness. Elegant.

0,5 l bottle. Pours hazy light golden yellow with big dense lasting head due to very very high carbonation. Aroma of malt, yeast, some grassy and citrus hop notes. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Carbonation is very very fizzy, it completely kills palate. Hard to judge anything past appearance and aroma. Will try to finish the glass, it will be one hell of a struggle. Shame, it has the makings of a decent beer.
