We all love Hazy Jane, but sometimes you need your beers in a slightly more mellow package. Krush, Talus and Citra hops bring notes of tropical fruit, with peach, passionfruit and zesty lime sitting on a base of oats and wheat for that distinctively smooth Hazy finish.

[33cl can from a "Twelve Beers of Christmas" multipack.] A cloudy straw coloured pour with a fast fading loose white head; lemony citrus aroma; sharp lemony taste with a thin body; then some tropical fruit squash and a heavy squeeze of lime to finish.

Can, small stable bubbly head, hazy very light orange colour, aroma of grapefruit and flowers with just a hint of onion, flavour of tropical fruits, especially Pineapple and a bit of popsicle, medium empathic grapefruit bitterness, very perfumed. Nice and very highly drinkable.

Can at Dogtap. It pours hazy almost greenish gold with a fluffy white head. The aroma is quite green, weedy, lemon - lime, crunchy white grape, kiwi, melon and floury bread. The taste is fairly dry upfront, green, weedy, dank, chalky, floury bread, minerals, gooseberry, melon, white grape and pithy citrus. Finish is dry. Light body and fine carbonation. Not bad given the abv. Pleasantly dry anyhow.

Tap at Brewdog Manchester doghouse. A light hazed pale yellow coloured pour with a fading halo of off white head. Aroma is soft dry wheat, pithy citrus, rubber, nz notes, juicy fruit bubble gum. Flavour is composed of really dry and powdery, chalky, lemon rind, vague tropicals, turbid. Palate is dry and powerry, harsh abrasive carbonation. Pretty shit.
