5 oz. Draft. Aroma soft guava fruit with mango. Guava provides a mild tartness, but it shows a bold amount of pineapple in the flavor.. respectable. Not overly sour. Not overly acidic.

Ashland draught, 6/26/25.
Brilliant golden. Heavily hazy. Small, white head.
Juicy fruit is tropical and aromatic. Authentic. No big lactic character. Almost a soft, saline, watermelon finish.
Juicy, fruity, start with melon and guava and some rich mango. Good, real acidity. Good maltiness, drying out heavily with cracker and biscuit lingering. The melon is lovely and the lack of big lactic punchiness makes it very drinkable. Could possibly use a bit more malt softness, honestly. But I respect the dryness.
