[as Autunno nel Garden - Baladin Open Gold Special Edition 2019] Lattina. Arco olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Hazy amber. Aroma is yeadt light spices orange and lime light melasses. Taste is yeasty spices with light booze and bitter hops with light sweet caramel. Quite some yeast complexity. Good stuff.

0.33 l bottle from 'Interspar' (Meran), best before February 2024. Hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, a bit resiny aroma of tangerine, orange, mango and some pine. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity and quite resiny taste of tangerine, orange, mango and pine, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nicely hoppy, rather old school, overall quite tasty.

Bottle 33 cl. An APA at 7.5% - seriously? Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Subtle, fruity nose - no real hoppiness. Medium body, again rich on fruitiness but very little in the aroma hop department. You can feel the 7.5% before you reach the bitter exit. Oddball of an APA. 100120

On tap at Eataly Genova. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity malty nose with whiff of caramel. Sweet malty, light caramel, fruity hoppy, touch of honey and and rather sweet finish. Drinkable.
