Although this is a big beer with pretty high ABV it's still very drinkable. Lots of dried fruit in the flavour accompanied by a soft bitterness. The hop is very well present in both nose and flavour yet not dominating. Finishes with a nice warming feeling in the throat.

Bottle. Hazy ruby color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is intensely dried fruits, caramel, peach, candy, very hoppy. Taste is strawberries, raisins, piney, peach, candy again, surprisingly different! Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Interesting, but not sure if it's for me, the Simcoe cryo hops seem crazy.

Bottle. Copper color. Aroma of pine, caramel, raisin, grapes, figs and herbal hop. Taste of soft peachy caramel, raisin, figs, candy, pine, grape, malt and a bitter boozy finish. Weird beer, I think I kinda like it, but it's hard to fathom.

8 3 7 3 15 Bottle shared at kermis birthday tasting. Hazy golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma of floral hops, fruit, caramel malt and tropical fruit. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at Chris's birthday. Slight hazy dark golden with small off white head. Quite some fruity and dank hops, almond cookies, lots of sweet malts, toffee, hazelnuts, sugar, bitter herbs. Quite sweet but also a strong bitterness. Full bodied. Nice.
