On tap @ BPBW, Saturday session. Jet black, thin beige head. A beautiful mixture of the earthy and roasted notes and the coffee. Very well balanced, tasty stuff.

Tap at KEG Sörművház, Budapest. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt, coffee and molasses. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, earthy, herbal, big dry spicy coffee, light warm alcohol, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

330ml can. Jet black colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately and roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, some toffee, a touch of cinnamon, chocolate cookies. Taste is roasty and slightly chocolately, dark malty, minimally caramel malty, minimally dry, vinous and woody, notes of coffee and dark chocolate, some dark caramel and toffee, a touch of oak and red wine. Full body, creamy to viscous texture, smooth, soft and minimally cloying palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Wonderful coffee flavours, harmonious and balanced - exquisite.

Bottle at a tasting. Shitloads of coffee, I also get some cinnamon and general spiciness and fruits. Rather bitter, really tastes like a good coffee. I like it.

A nice roasted and just slightly sweet beer to balance the toasty bitterness. Quite dry, but not to detriment. A solid beer. hops beer bar budapest

Dark brown body, with a small, creamy, datk beige head.
Aroma completely of espresso and fresh coffe beans.
Taste is also with loads of fresh coffe, subtle dark chocolate.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, roasty, medium dry, with loads of lingering coffe.
Very nice. All about the coffee, which is very distinct, like a great espresso. Quite simple though, not much else going on, so you have to love coffee to enjoy this.

Kicsi, gyorsan elillanó hab, fekete szín. Határozott kávés illat, mellete csokoládé és aszalt gyümölcsök érezhetők. Íze is kávés dominanciával indít, a háttérben csokoládéval, némi kakaós, földes porossággal és egy kevés aszalt gyümölcsösséggel. Ugyan a kávé dominál, de nem tolakodóan, jók az arányok. Egy picit édeskés, közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Finom lett.

0.33l bottle. Pitch black body with a brown head. Huge coffee notes in the aroma along with chocolate, nuts, dark sugar and nutmeg. Taste of chocolate, coffee, dark sugar, nuts, nutmeg and floral hops. Awesome!
