On tap @ Beer Week in Budapest, Saturday session. Hazy apperance, a finger-wide head. Moderately tart, sour and fruity. Light bodied and easy to drink, has average carbonation.

Bottled 330ml. -Slightly unclear yellow coloured, small white head, odd fig nose. Yeasty or fig particles in the glass. Cardboard, light acidic notes, subdued figs and yeast with short dry finish. Bad bottle or....BBE date 16.02.2020...

I preferred by far the raspberry Berliner weisse from yesterday. Can’t really taste the fig.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Slightly hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, minimally sourish, quite fruity aroma of figs, lemon and some ginger. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity taste of lemon, rhubarb, some figs and a touch of wheat, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly minerally-salty finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Draft at BPBW2018. Cloudy golden yellow color white head. Jammy aroma. Taste is lightly tart dark fruit. Nice.
