Very hazy orange colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma of canned apple, taste of sweet canned apple in syrup and pear; not really 'brut' but still good

330ml bottle consumed at La Perle Noire, Camping Des Chevrets, Tuesday 20th June 2017. Pours almost orange in colour, busy carbonation, sweet, reasonably juicy and with plenty of apple action going on but just lacking a tangy backbite, still I like it, sat looking out to sea, it’s a refreshing sipper. Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker, Beerhunter111 & Zlotta. Fresh nice fruity deeper cidre. Fresh smooth cider-apples, tannins, fresh fruity but not too deep. Moderate long fresh aftertaste. Nice.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, golden orange with a white layer. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and quite fruity aroma of apples, some wood and hints of walnut. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and fruity taste of apples, wood, some cinnamon and a touch of walnut, followed by a short, slightly tart and rather dry finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Spritziger, natürlich apfeliger Antrunk mit deutlichen Holznoten. Trockener Mittelteil, dabei bleibt die Fruchtigkeit intensiv. Vollmundig, durch die trockener eher kurz im Nachhall. 8/9/8/8/9/9

(Bottle, 0.75 l, thanks Karri, 20160220) The cider poured deep golden and clear. Small white head. Aroma had apples, apples juice, wood, yeast and hint of tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were apples, apples juice, tartness and sweetness. Aftertaste had appled and tartness. A decent sweetish cider.

Cydr z Bretanii. Musujacy, ozezwiajacy i ciut kwaskowato slodki. Przefermentowany odpowiednio dobrze. koloru ciemno zoltego. Wyraznie jablkowo cytrusowy w smaku. piana szybko sie tworzy i znika ale to wiadomo jak w szampanie. Zgrabna etykieta i solidny korek.
