250ml bottle pours out golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is great apple some funky notes and a touch of tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet tart apples and some funk.

Pours a clear, fairly dark gold. Small white, soapy, surprisingly long lasting white head. Scent is full, apple (tad sweet). less on the skins than expected. No real brett or funk either. Taste is full, tad sweet, but generally dry. Tannic, even. Decent, but not the best one out there, as I would have liked more funk and complexity.

Bottle shared at De La Garde. Pours clear amber, not very carbonated. Light minerals nose, apples and apple skins, light sweetness next to acidity. Taste has lots of tart tannin-filled apple skins, sweet but not cloying, good sparkling mouthfeel. Really well drinkable, stagnant, could drink a lot of this refreshing apple drink.

Bottle at De la Gare. Clear dark golden with barely any head. Sweet apple, dry apple peel, soft dry wood, herbs, light apricot, quite juicy but also dry and mossy. Under medium sweet and soft bitter. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Not bad!
