For the ninth installment of our in-state collaborations, we have teamed up with our friends out of Bend, OR, 10 Barrel Brewing.
Celebrity Crush begins its life as a 28 deg Plato Baltic Porter, which we blend with a small portion of fruited sour beer and a larger portion of chocolaty barrel-aged Stout. The blend then saw additional conditioning on vanilla and blueberry to create the ultimate winter dessert porter.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
16 oz. Aroma has notes of vanilla, caramel, berries, dark bread, almonds, coconut. Pours black with a half finger beige head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is moderately sweet with a lightly bitter edge and light tartness from the blueberries. Kind of underwhelming, but it’s not bad.

Black body with thick off white head. Berry aroma. Full malty taste with berries and chocolate. Long pleasant chocolate and malt finish
