Tall head, strong foam despite a side pour. Clear, mellow light gold.
Honey oats, tea, slight lemon, grass nose.
Bittersweet leaning bitter, tannic, soft caramel, dry crust, mildly tart with a pinch of fruit.
Thin, itchy, well carbed, good acidity.
Good all around.
