Cask at 73 Enid Street, 24/09/2025.
Almost clear golden with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, straw, melon, light bready malts.
Taste comprises tangerine, melon, grass, papaya.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with a mellow bitter edge.
Tidy cask pale.

Cask at the 73 Enid Street. A mostly clear golden orange brushed gold coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, bready grains, orange rind, light grass, straw. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, dusty grains, wheat, orange rind, dirty grass. Palate is light dry grains, straw, mellow carbonation.

Cask at the Old Fountain, Old Street on 2nd July 2025. Hazy amber with dense, creamy white foam and spot lacing. Sweet orchard fruits in aroma. Malty and fruity in-mouth with berries and apples. A few lactic notes. Malty finish with a lactic line of just-past-the-best milk. Smooth mouthfeel and a medium body. Unable to finish a half.

Pours lightly hazed pale golden yellow with a thin white cap. Aroma if peach, grassy hop, blueberry, a hint of malt. Nice light fresh and fruity on the finish. Pillowy soft on the palate.
