Containing apples and berries grown at Tree House Farm and Fermentory, Baril et Mure is aged in barrels. This was then transferred on top of freshly harvested blackberries for a shortened amount of time. Pouring with a touch of color from the berries, Baril et Mure delicately balances the berry and rum character.

375mL bottle, undated (released Spring 2025), from the brewery, drunk 6/27/25.
Clear, bright with a lavender hue and brilliant brass color.
Soft barrel notes with dainty, lightly tart berries and fresh apple character. Very nice amount of fresh apple retained despite the barrel aging.
A bit more acidic in the mouth. Quite tart and dry with minimal barrel flavor, but lots of piquant berry. Lingering juice with some intensity of apple building on the finish.
