375ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with minimal brown head. Aroma of bourbon, oak, coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice. Taste is very rich, sweet, prominent bourbon and oak, coffee, liquorice, dark chocolate, dried fruits, the coconut is there too, had to look for it, boozy alcohol notes. Full bodied, smooth.
Wow, what an incredible beer. And 72 months (6 years) in the barrel is one of the longest ageing periods I've seen.

Bottle from Seven Seasons Craft, Hoxton. Nose is liquorice toffee,fudge,bourbon, dark fruits, nuts, soy sauce,coconut.Booze fuelled flavours of liquorice toffee,dark chocolate,bourbon,vanilla, lots of earthy coffee notes coming through in the back end. Dry, sweet with lots of alcohol warmth.Yum!

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, coconut, vanilla fudge, bit of soy, hints of coffee, taste is vanilla, sweet toffee, soy, coconut, chocolate, roasted coffee. 8/9/9/9/8
