28/VI/25 - 33cl bottle from the market (Barjac, FR), shared @ Sebletitje’s place, BB: IX/25, lot N°240306 (2025-605)

Little cloudy amber beer, small creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, caramel, lots of cow fodder, honey, some almonds, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet, very malty, caramel, a little bitter, grains, hoppy, grassy. Aftertaste: malty, caramel, grains, pretty bitter, grassy, soft fruity touch, pretty oxidized, orange peel, a hint of honey, some diacetyl notes, cookie dough, a hint of vanilla, gentle bitterness.
