Bottled. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild salty tones with yeast and mild cardboard. Flavour is citrus, some salty tones with mild tart wood and some mild alcohol sweetness. Aroma did hide the alcohol totally.

0.75 l bottle from 'Rudat', bottled in 2017, cellared for almost two years. Slightly hazy, dark orangeish amber with a large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, fairly smoky and a bit spicy aroma of apricot, wax, some rose hip and a touch of campfire. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity, gently smoky and a bit spicy taste of apricot, wax, campfire, rose hip and a touch of honey, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, fairly dry, quite smoky finish. Medium body, a little astringent and fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Pleasant, well-balanced Gose, relatively complex, nicely dry but with too much effervescence.

Opens with a bang, but no gushing if all the same a huge dense yellowish head over well-carbonated, fully muddy ochre-orange beer. Creamy & smoked nose, artichoke and other vegetables. Bit dried apricot, increasing warming up. Again a bit dried apricots, bit flavoured alcohol or (apricot)liqueur, bit of caramel, sweet toasted malts; almost no smokiness flavourwise. Sweet finish, bit alcoholic and yeast features. Seems rather well-bodied, maybe some fruit-filling. Good carbonation to stable head. Rather well-balanced, which I didn't expect, to be honest. Bottle at Salud. Hazy to cloudy golden color. Aroma of jammy apricot with subtle smoke. Taste is sweet stonefruit. Sweeter than I expected, and I'd like to see more smoke.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy orange golden beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild smokey apricot, sweet fruits. Taste of sweet smoked malt, juicy apricot, mild smokey finish with a high carbonation.

Bottle from Rudat. Smokey apricot nose. Sour smokey beginning. Extremely carbonated, no alcohol there. Really weird, sour fruit with smoke, strange stuff. Not my kind - smokey fruity funky ending.

Warm golden colour, white head. Lovely aroma of smoke, apricot, peach, yoghurt and malts. Tart flavour, quite salty, smoked apricot goodness. Finish smoked apricot. Lovely brew!!

Fruchtiger rauchiger Aprikosenantrunk. Starke Karbonisierung, sehr fruchtig, weich würzig, vollmundig. Wenig alkoholisch, der Alkohol kommt gut durch. Geringe Säure, langer Nachhall. Die Rauchigkeit bleibt erschmeckbar. Gut. 10/12/12/11/8/12
