Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Very vivid beetroot red. Pretty hazy. Slim ring of white head. Nose has vegetable water. Beetroot earthiness. Brine. Taste is earthy and slightly sour. Dry and slightly salty on the palate. Fine carbonation. Earthy, vegetal finish. Decent, albeit a bit "rustic".
