Bottle at Black Christmas 2017
Caramel character, quite rich, moderately sweet, with nutty and sourish feeling. Good but easy.

16.9 oz bottle. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, dark bread, wet stone, caramel. Pours black with a thin tan head. Taste is lightly sweet, medium to highly bitter for style, roasty, lightly spicy, light acidity; flavors include lots of chocolate, some cinnamon, coffee, dark bread, cigar ash, wet stone. Not bad. I honestly was hoping it would be a little sweeter, though.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out spicy chili peppers, cocoa and light toasted malt. Flavour is similar, with the spicy chili upfront, followed by toasted malt and a touch of cocoa. Spicy and dry. Nice stuff.

A pour from the bottle on Black Christmas V. Pours a dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is some sour berries, fairly pleasant. Similar taste with spicy notes. Good.

Bottle thanks to neepsntatties. Pours a pitch black hue with a medium white head. A big sweet nose, chocolate and ash. Spicy, not hot, sweet deep milky spicy chocolates, a big base of roast and vanilla. Lovely.
