8 3 8 3 16 Draft at Oedpus, Carnivale Brettanomyces opening party 2017. Hazy golden with a ring white head. Aroma of brett, oak barrel, vinous notes and light fruits. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [22/06/2017]

Draft at Oedipus, opening party for Carnivale Brettanomyces ’17. Hazy yellow color. White head. Aroma’s: funky, sourish, light vinous. Some additional sweetness retronasal. Flavor is light bitter, sourish. Light bodied. Light bitterness in the finish.

Tap at Oedipus. Hazy golden with bubbly off white head. Pineapple, soft white wine, sweaty Brett, quite some cereals, gooseberries, soft sulpur, sour peach. Under medium sweet and sour with soft tannic bitterness. Medium bodied.
