On tap at Four Winds, pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is very complex, with a lovely mix of vinous woody notes from the red wine and tart stone fruits. Flavour is very deep, with a lovely harmony of the aforementioned notes - the tart stone fruits are upfront and gently are followed by accentuating red wine barrels. Not a huge tartness on the finish, which leaves some nice tannins from the barrel. Lovely stuff.

Orange color, between cloudy and murky, more can be done here. It has a nice funky aroma with some accents of apple peel. It’s highly carbonated, a woody astringent note dominates the flavor, it has mild fruity character, between apple and apricot, some funk.
Overall, it’s balanced and has a number of interesting traits. Very good.

On draft during 4W tap takeover at BoxCar with Ash. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sour with stone fruits notes. Taste is the same with nectarines, peaches and oak notes. Excellent!

On tap Pours a hazy yellow/gold with moderate head. Comes across as fruit gummies with additional lemon and nectarine flavours. Very typical kettle sour without much complexity. I didn’t catch the wine barrel. But pleasant enough and easy to drink.
