Bottle from the LCBO online store. Hazy orange pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is tart, and lactic with lovely peach and nectarine aromas. Light hay, and fruit cocktail cherries. Mouth feel is soft carb is more of the same. Finish is tart, with a touch of sour. Strong sour peach, light orange zest and touches of honey. Excellent.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, nectarine, apricots. Taste is super fruity, the right amount of tartness, fuzzy peach. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Really good one!

Pours with really good foam and a reliable semi-orange semi-tangerine body and consistent carbonation. The aroma is soft wood and peach stones, mellow but still there and rightly balanced. Flavour is strong brett yeast and stone fruit sourness, rather acidic. Good carbonation on the mouth. Some very good elements here but I think could be smoother and a little more full to bring out the stone fruit character.

Bottle into a taster showing moderately filtered medium amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of tart brett and light nectarine. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated like a saison. Strongly tart with moderately intense flavors of nectarines leading to more juicy nectarines on the mid-palate to finish.

Hazy medium amber color. Big nectarine nose with good oak, and berry character. The mouth is modestly tart, great nectarine, nice berry character from wine barrel. Fantastically integrated. Excellent
