Bottle from Tavour: pours hazy gold with small head. Aroma is fruity, funky, woody. Taste is lightly sour, not too acidic, little sweet. Barrel is not overpowering. Delicate. Pleasant.

Bottled. Hazy pale golden, small head. Citric nose with pears and hay. Tart with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Citric, with tart pears, white wine, oak and grass. Lightly peppery finish. Intense and complex.

1 pt 9 fl oz bottle. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of citrus rind, funky. Taste is sour, pale malt, marzipan, fruity, citric, lemon rind, funk, woody oak barrel, vanilla. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sour, grapes, apple, wine, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, grapes - apple, wine, sour, funky, pale malt.
