A golden sour ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, light Brett, ground cherry, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with Brett, light ground cherries, pleasant. Bottle from California.

750ml at Societe. Filtered tan body. Unique style or blend....but doesn't really nail it. Pretty straightforward base sour beer type of stuff. OK.

Bottle pour at Societe, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light vinous notes, with light oak, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very oaky and woody, with lots of red wine notes, wood, oak and light brett. Complex and well-designed. Really nice.

Draft - Light Aspirin, oak and stone fruit. Clear gold with a small white head. Soured oaky notes with a simple clean finish.

[1/29/17] Bottle/Can/Crowler/Growler at the RateBeer award ceremony bottle share at Flamingo Hotel in Santa Rosa. Cloudy pink. Oak, wine, fruits, tart.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is oak tannin, stonefruit, Brett basement. Flavor is very light tart, medium funk, buttery peach and loads of oak and Brett notes. Medium body, prickly carbonation. Drinks like a classic Barrel Aged Brett beer to me, with a nice hint of stonefruit from the bugs involved. Good effort.

Poured at Wtf 2, clear yellow gold with medium off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong funk, oak, cheese. Thin mouth, tart fruit, funky, light dry finish, really nice.
