A: pours a light orange yellow, small initial head of foam, dissapears quickly.
S: Spicy tartness, bit of earthy malt, hard to describe on the nose.
T: Lemony tartness, bit of earthy malt, vinegar like sour flavour mid palate.
M: Light bodied, adequate carbonination.
O: Easy start to an exploration into sours.
