Gold colour. Chill haze, thick head. Nice earthy bitterness, good bready malt. Definitely going Bavarian style on this one, and doing it well.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy good with frothy white head. The aroma is grass and straw. Light body, grain, straw, crisp crushable, very good.

Happy Hour at The Flying Pig, Oceanside on 26th March 2019. An American pint for $5:75 plus tax (and don't forget the tip). Decent refreshing Pilsner in the afternoon sun. Clear and clean golden pour, fast fading white head. A little more maltiness than hops in both the aroma and taste.

Pour is a crystal clear golden with a white head that fizzes away quickly. Aroma is a decent biscuit and grainy malt. Flavor is again more of a neutral grain malt with some white bread showing. The problem I have with this beer is that it is a bit watery and thin. Decent beer to drink if you don't want to think about what you are drinking.

Good to be #10. Tap at Cap Tap. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is sort of white grape. Near med body. Flavor is grassy/white berry with a touch of Noble spice. Mildly bready. The flavors really work well together. Fairly dry and decently hoppy. Better than many pilsners I’ve had.

On tap at the brewery pours pale straw color topped with a white head. Nose is light corn some grassy notes. Tatse is more of the nice sweet malts corn and grass.
