Strawberry Lychee Lemonade is a collaboration with our neighbourhood friends at Super Cat Tattoo. It is bright, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. We blended strawberry purée, lychee purée, and a bit of lemon juice to create a not-too-sweet, not-too-sour treat.

473ml can. Pours a murky amber orange with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, strawberry, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, strawberry, lemon, oats, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body with a thick, creamy smooth texture and soft carbonation. Abv is well hidden, making this easy to drink. Fun stuff.

Dull colour. Medium head. Opaque. Tartish, vague flavours all round. Quite yeasty. Low bitterness. Oaty mouthfeel, but the other elements are kind of drifting in the ether, incoherently mumbling in the distance.
