Clear copper with minimal head. Medium bodied with very light carbonation. Light oak, earth, wine, vinegar, a touch of berries. Finish is dry and rather tart. It’s fine but hard to get through a whole bottle. Edit: I did not make it through the whole bottle and a good chunk went down the drain.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy orange amber, no head. Aroma: Fruity tartness, sweetish Rum notes. Taste: Over medium tartness, wine vinegar notes, combined with over moderate sweet Rum notes. Some more tartness than sweetness. Hints of wood. Dry-ish finish. Typical La Calavera. Ok overall.

Oh my God, this is so acidic I thought I saw pieces of my teeth enamel floating in the glass. Couldn't finish it. A saison is not supposed to taste like this, even a sour saison.
