Kölschy Pale-Ale, fermented on low temperatures but with Ale yeast. Not too hoppy, but with a nice bitterness. Just like a good mosh pit

Clear pale yellow blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, wort, ok. MF ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice clean malty start, hay, a bit sweet. Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, very nice malty finish, good stuff this one!
