Can. Dram Shop Sheffield. Mostly clear pale gold. Very sturdy bubbly just off white foam. Nose has wheat first up. On top there’s pineapple and stone fruit. Bit of a worty thing going off which spoils things a little. Taste is a little dry and fairly bitter overall. A bit soda-ish on the palate with quite high carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. A bit under par compared with some other recent offerings. Not bad mind.

I used to enjoy seeing the newly added TV-AM egg on their end slate each January during their broadcasting years. 28 years after their demise this brew appeared - a sessionable celebration of a decade for Neepsend, with good tropical fruity notes and a developing bitterness that lingers in its aftertaste.
