7 3 7 3 15 Draft at In De Wildeman. Very dark brown with a big ring tan head. Aroma of massive lavender, like my gran’s bathroom, along with meaty notes, tart citrus, passion fruit almost and light herb notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. [29/06/2017]

Tap @ InDeWildeman, small sample, thanks Susette! Dark murky color. Aroma’s of spices - aniseed or cinnamon spring to mind, sour, apples. Retromasal it’s very reminiscent of rode kool met appeltjes (red cabbage with apples), with cinnamon and sourness. Flavor is very sour, acidic, vinegar. Light bodied.

Bottle from Tall Boys Beer Market, Leeds. Pours like coke, dark brown with a fizzy but rapidly disappearing beige head. Aroma dominated by lemon, lavender and liquorice. Light sweetness and bitterness, medium to heavy sour. Light body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Probably one of the most curious beers I’ve tried but enjoyable. Finish is sharp and sour.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy brown with a nice fluffy head. Nose - like what I’d imagine the fermented water left over from a can of peas tasted like. Taste - sour haribo sweet. Fizzy lime. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - lovely sour.

330ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with no head. Aroma is sour lavender and liquorice. Taste has sharp and sour lemon to start with a sour lavender finish.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours black, nose is soapy, floral, tomato, lemon, taste is more of the same, funky. Pretty weird but it works.

3.2 Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours near black with a thin beige head. Strong lavender aroma, nearly minty. Taste is lavender, light sweet chocolate malt. Clean floral, light sour finish. Was dubious at first, but this is good.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; dark brown pour with a thin white head, aroma had floral action, black currant and varnish, taste has tart dark fruits, liquorice, some roast, quite difficult to drink.
