(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 26 July 2017) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, bready malt and honey. Malty, slightly fruity taste with dried fruit, treacle-toffee, apricots and a gentle herbal bitterness. Almost full body, smooth mouthfeel, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made bock. Quite nice.

Tap at De Paas, Den Haag. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is skunky malt, savoury meat, dog biscuit like! The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a rich sweet bready malt alcohol bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
