Dry grainy taste, yeasty, the Staropramenoid autolysis yeastiness, some simple herbal bitterness, elevated, bit astringent. I mean, with these companies sometimes.... they probably run surveys, they tell them people would like their beer if it was actually bitter, and then they go and create (or ask AI to create these days maybe) a new, BITTER beer, that turns out to be shit-tier as they didn't bother to balance it out or make it interesting - and it shows their brewery-level flaws...
