Wendy is a refreshing, barrel aged saison – a little tart, a little fruity, balanced with a touch of funk and a moderate bitterness. Notes of fresh apricot, ripe yellow plum, and apple blossom.

Made with 100% Ontario ingredients, this beer rested in French oak puncheons for 12 months before being canned.

Wendy is named after one of our barn cats. You can often see her roaming the fields around the brewery.

This is a tasty crusher of a patio beer!

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet banana esters with light powdery character, light perfumy notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice lightly tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light cereals, light cork, pleasant. Can from brewery.

Can from the brewery. Pours a blonde with a sheet of white head. Taste is smokey with biting oak, that mellows to vinous grape notes, and an ashy, edgy bitterness in the finish. Complex. There is alot going on here, but tasty and interesting. Worth the try.
