Fresh basil aromas over the Witbier base with citrus and coriander. Lightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average retention and a ring of bubbles left. The taste shows some herbal freshness with the base being milder in the background. Medium bodied with a touch of dryness in the end. Gets hazier as it pours. A nice twist on the Witbier with the added basil herbal freshness.
