Lightly hazed, rich golden colour with beautiful slow, active carbonation. The white head is frothy, long lasting leaving some mild soapy lacing. Big funky Brett aromas with a touch of sourness, earthiness and fruitiness, adding citrus to the mix of the IPA. Medical hints which comes through, and even more in the taste with the grassy hoppiness blending things. Mild tart left on the tongue, and some good building dryness. The Brett is nicely balanced in the flavours, not overpowering like most of the time. A nice Bretty-smelling, IPA-tasting beer.
