Can from a mix 6-pack for summer 2024, smelling beautifully with fresh yeast notes, almost Saison-like with a herbal touch, some spices and some nice fruitiness. Nice lively carbonation creating a huge frothy head, a little warm-yellow over the white. Very long retention with some thick soapy lacing. Fairly clean golden colour, getting only hazy at the last pour. Some good bitter-grassiness in the taste with some Belgian-spicy notes and a tad fruitiness. Not the fruity-juicy IPA I was expecting, but a damn good one, reminding me of a Triple du Nouveau Monde, which I really like.
