Cette année, notre bière "onomatopée", brassée en collaboration avec Québec BD, se décline sous la forme d'une blanche d'inspiration belge brassée avec des oranges calamondin, hybride entre kumquat et mandarine, principalement cultivées en Asie.
C'est exotique, c'est rafraîchissant à souhait, et on percoit bien les agrumes sans tomber dans la caricature!

Lightly hazed, very light golden colour with a bubbly white head, average stay and with thin foamy lacing, but all around. The calamondin oranges smell quite fresh giving lemon zest, lime notes and hints of oranges, tangerines. Hints of herbs blend very well with a tad wheat nose. Again, a nice blend of citrus zest and their juices. A refreshing Witbier with this citrus from the Philippine that gives a really nice twist.
