Slightly hazy, light golden, bright yellow colour with a white cap, average retention and some foamy lacing. Lemon zest aromas with Belgian yeast and tartiness. The taste continues as the nose with more tart than flavours. Citrus is present, but blended with the yeast. Easy-drinking, refreshing with herbal hints. A touch of wheat sweetness, but nothing overpowering. A lighter, tart-citrusy Saison.
