Brewed with our friends at Third Moon, this stout is thick and decadent. This beer is brewed with dulce de leche, cacao, vanilla, loads of bananas, and lactose! At 11.9% ABV, it's (obviously) the biggest beer we've ever produced. Yet, it's remarkably smooth, carefully crafted, complex, and well balanced.

Pours a dark brown with ruby highlights, a beige frothy head, decent stay and some creamy, web-shape lacing. Prune aromas with the roasted malt. Eventually the caramel, lactose comes out to show the Dulce de Leche, with the bananas and alcohol to blend things. Still, mostly dark fruits in the taste with the warming alcohol. The dessert part is just a touch in the background. Not too syrupy mouthfeel, more slick, oily with enough hops to cut the sweetness and dry out the finish a bit. A good Imperial stout with hints of other things that are usually too sweet.
