Hazy golden colour, an orange hue with a fizzy white cap that disappears quickly. Fruity aromas with good saltiness and hints of lime. The taste continues with the plantain fruitiness, salty notes, tart and lime sourness. An interesting, stronger Gose with a nice Créole twist.
