Last bottle of the 2021 trilogy of Hibernator. After opening the bottle, I see a bunch of particle sitting in the neck, above the brew. After taking most out, I still get a lot of this floating on the brew. After taking most out with my finger, I can start rating LOL. Dark brown colour with not much highlights, retention, nor lacing. Just particles floating to bring you back. The aromas are quite nice with the rum barrel, notes of citrus, spices, all well-blended with a nuttiness on the layer of roasted malts. The taste is a little richer with the coconut, light vanilla and rum sweetness. The alcohol is well-hidden enough with just a slight warming. Hints of apples and maybe some light corking. Well, this is my least favourite from this trilogy. Here's to another year and see what comes out next one.
