Bright lemon zest and mild sour nose with fresh yeast, herbal and apple notes. Light golden-yellow with a huge soapy-frothy white cap, good stay and leaving soapy-creamy lacing. A nice dryish mouthfeel that grows. Showing some unfilteredness as it pours. Again, the citrus zest and light juices in the taste. Everything is refreshing and hoppy - well done for a Saison IPA.
