Second tasting at the brewery. Slightly hazy golden colour with a full creamy lacing and thin coat over the brew. Cereal grain nose with some farm smells, like milk that has not been pasteurized. Maybe it is chocolate malts. After tasting, seems like it could be chocolate malts with the bitter-dry hops taking over the lighter malts. Some tropical fruit notes. A little more bitter than the Billy Goat I just had at 8.5% ABV.
