Carnivale Brettanomyces. Orange golden color. Lemon, apricot and a hint of brett in the aroma. Dry, bretty flavor with lemon and onions. Quite interesting beer.

Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of funk and barnyard notes. Together with lots of strong, hop. Fruity and funky. Very flavoursome and complex.

Brettfest. Schuim. Hazy amber golden with white ring head. Sour grain, sweet fruity passionfruit notes with some creepy sweaty goat hanging over it. Moderate sweet, light sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at t Schuim. Hazy dark orange golden with white head. Lots and lots of Brett, soft mango, caramel, leather, gooseberries, sweaty cow, hay, moldy peaches. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Not bad at all.

ABV: 7.0%. Cloudy medium orange colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, moderate yeasty, grass - leather - funk, brett, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, funky, brett, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180126]

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 25 July 2017) Amber colour with frothy, white head. Hoppy, spicy nose with notes of citrus, tea, orange peel and bretty yeast. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, brett and a generous spicy, citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting and quite tasty. Nice one.

6 3 7 3 14 Draft at Arendsnest. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of brett funk upfront, barnyard and manure with the IPA characteristics of light fruits and citrus hidden behind. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Shame the brett is so overpowering. [29/06/2017]

Draft @ Arendsnest, sample size, with Kermis. Hazy golden color. Head is as good as white, good retention. Aroma’s: brett-funk, dung, light resinous. Flavor is moderate bitter, funky. Medium bodied. Long finish, funky, moderate bitter.
