Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light amber with a broken frothy white head. The aroma is banana, grainy mineral. The flavour is acid, light citrus with a crisp refreshing fruity, light pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Rivals plenty of the European witbiers I’ve tasted.
