Bottle from Brew Cavern, Nottingham, consumed at home down the office Sunday 24th April 2016 Murky brown colour, with a small film of bubbles creating little islands across the top of the surface. Wow this is a tart tangy tongue zapper the sharp fruitiness of the damsons and hint of Brett really come into play here. Its very fruity but then ends very dry. There isn’t much sweetness here, this really gives the tastebuds a serious workout, nice carbonation, I like it, I really do the Damsons really shine here, but much like the fruit itself it will not be too everyones taste.
