From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is bready malt, citrus, lemon, lactic notes, with more than a little yoghurt, and some funk. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is about medium. Very nice!

On tap at Orpheus, pours a cloudy golden orange with almost no head. Aroma brings out the white wine barrels upfront, with medium acidity. Flavour has lots of acetone, with white wine barrels, plenty of acidity, and fuzzy fruit skins. Not exactly refined and lacking much depth. Okay.

Tap m pours lightly hazy golden, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is grapes, oak, funk, vinous. Flavor is medium tart, light pls funk. Medium body, flat.

At brettfest. Aroma of vinegar, barf, grapefruit, butter and orange. Taste has buttery caramel, orange, oak, vinegar, barf and horseblanket. Another good one.

Draft @ Beer Temple. Clear yellow golden color. White head. Aroma’s: sour, light herbs, urine. Retronasal it’s sour, not much else. Flavor is sour, but not puckering. Light bodied.

7 3 8 3 15Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma of woody barrel, big vinous notes, light funk, peach, citrus and tart light fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sample at Baptized in the Funk. Hazy to cloudy bright golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, light tannins. Taste is softly sour summer fruit. Very tasty.
