Flare (yes, that’s how we are spelling it) is our gose that we have added citrus fruit to. This beer is slightly tart, a little salty, and has a nice balance from the fruit and spices. Ale brewed with orange and coriander.

Bottle poured. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a quick fading fizz head. Very high carb. Sparkling. Grainy, apple, slight sour aroma. Flavor is a good mix of sweet fruit, tart candy, grain and salt. Ton of apple in the finish. Very unique, fun beer. Nice.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out medium tartness, a touch of salt and a little coriander. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium citrus tartness, low-to-medium salt, and low coriander presence. Wonderfully balanced, with a perfect tartness and salt component. Excellent.

Draft - Light sour and salt with some citrus. Very cloudy gold with no head. Not too salty and no soap, but true to style and refreshing as hell. Lime on the finish.
